During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious room and the daily replacement of toiletries. The location was also very advantageous, as it was only 30 minutes away from the airport by car, and close to a popular shopping center. the staff at the front desk were helpful in arranging transportation.
One staff member at the front desk had a terrible attitude when it came to calling a taxi, which caused us to struggle with getting a cab and ended up being dropped off at the wrong location due to a language barrier with the driver. the options for dining out in the area were limited and not very accommodating to foreigners, which could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or go shopping. the daily replacement of toiletries was a nice touch and allowed us to keep our room clean and tidy. the bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
Communication was a bit of an issue, as some of the staff members were not fluent in English. the lack of breakfast options on-site was disappointing, and nearby options were limited during the holiday period.
